Varsity softball takes on Lindbergh, wins 12-7

The Lafayette varsity softball team took on the Lindbergh Flyers for their 16 game of the season. The Lady Lancers won the game 12-7 to put their overall record to 7-7. Sophomore Kaley Adzick, junior Kathryn Flowers and seniors Lexi Brewer, Madison Chester, Callie Harrison and Hannah Long all drove in runs for the Lancers in this game. The team only has four more games left in the season, with the next game taking place at Francis Howell North on Oct. 7 at 4:30 p.m.
