The Sophomore Class will be able to start purchasing their class rings this Thursday Nov. 29 or Friday Nov. 30 during lunch in the Commons.
However, ordering a class ring can be a fun, family experience as well, so an additional ordering time will take place on Saturday, Dec. 1 from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
For many, ordering a class ring is very special because they are ordering a memento that they will cherish the rest of their lives.
Sophomore Alaina Strollo said, “I can’t wait to get my class ring. All my older siblings got one, and even though they don’t wear it much, it still means a lot to them.”
But for most, a class ring is more than just for school spirit. Class rings can also connect students to their class, school and all the friends they make during their high school journey.
“I want to have something that holds lots of memories from high school that I can have for the rest of my life. When I see it, I want to think of my friends and the great times I had in high school,” Strollo said.
Liane Keegans, sophomore, agrees that purchasing a class ring is an important part of high school.
“My class ring will definitely be something special in the future. Since I’m moving at the end of sophomore year, it will represent all the great memories and amazing friends I’ve made, which I will never forget,” Keegans said.
If you are interested in buying your class ring, be sure to fill out the Jostens order form and bring a $50 down payment at one of the designated order times.
