Senior panoramic picture rescheduled for Sept. 27

Senior+panoramic+picture+rescheduled+for+Sept.+27

Because of a storm, the class of 2012 panoramic picture was cancelled and has been rescheduled for Sept. 27.

Seniors should wear their senior shirts to school that day. If a student forgets their shirt or did not get one, they can wear anything representing Lafayette: other shirts, hoodies, jerseys, etc.

On the day of the original picture, it poured down rain, creating a safety issue with the wooden bleachers.

According to Assistant Principal Tim Jones, the large amount of rain combined with the wooden bleachers would make taking the picture very unsafe, creating the possibility of students slipping and falling, potentially taking other students down, by those unfortunate enough to slip.

Anyone wishing to purchase a panoramic picture for themselves can do so at lunch on either Sept. 28 or Sept. 29. Checks should be made available to Goldbeck.
