Social Studies teacher Steve Klawiter will have his AP World History class take the digital exam this May. He said he looks forward to seeing how his students will perform on the exam. “Its been very clear theyre moving towards digital. Since the pandemic started, theyve been putting the pieces in place to go digital, Klawiter said. “I think that ultimately it’s going to be more beneficial because with systems like Canvas and Google Classroom, students are used to more digital activities and less handwriting activities.”

The 2011 Legend yearbook and 2011 Legend DVD will be ready for pick up on Monday, Aug. 8 and Tuesday, Aug. 9.  They will be available in front of the Theatre from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days.

Students who did not order a yearbook will be able to purchase one for $75. There will only be 60 extra copies available for purchase.

Nancy Smith, Legend adviser, said she is excited about the work that the staff put into the Legend.  “We’re really excited to share the 2011 Legend with everyone. It’s one of the biggest books we’ve ever had. The staff did a great job,” she said.

Students who are not able to pick up their yearbook on those two days may pick it up before or after school in Room 137A beginning Aug. 17. In addition, students who need their yearbooks mailed, may email Smith to get additional information.
