In the 5.5 square mile area that was being focused on, there was an average population density of 71.5 deer per square mile, with some places having up to 94.5 deer per square mile. According to the Missouri Department of Conservation, across the state there is an average of 10-40 deer per square mile. After Wildwoods culling operation, roughly 54 deer were removed per square mile from the 5.5 mile area.

Celebrity trainer’s at home DVD helps build fitness

With summer right around the corner, you may find yourself rushing to get the perfect beach bod. So you go to a store to buy a workout video to really work you out, but which one should you get?

Well, if you’re looking for video to help you get lean, toned muscles, look no further.  The hit reality television show The Biggest Loser‘s trainer Jillian Michaels has the perfect DVD to accomplish this goal. It’s her No More Trouble Zones (NMTZ) workout DVD.

NMTZ is a hour long workout that targets the specific areas that most people have trouble with such as the abdominals, the back of the arms, thighs and gluts. You don’t need a lot of equipment to do the work out either, just some light dumbbells and a mat if you’re working on a hard surface.

Starting off with a five minute warm-up, Michaels then goes into a series of circuits that targets the different problem areas. Circuit one: shoulder and legs, two: chest and abs, three: biceps and gluts, four: thighs and triceps, five: core, six: upper body and core and finally seven: lower body and core.

Each circuit it repeated twice and really gets your heart-rate going and body sweating.

Although Michaels doesn’t do all of the workouts, she still does an excellent job of keeping you motivated through the series. It’s really difficult at first, but after the DVD is completed you feel accomplished and full of energy. You can feel the different muscles working and you’ll find out you have muscles in places you didn’t know.

I really could feel a difference in the first few weeks I was doing the video, and would highly recommend it to anyone who really wants a kick butt workout!
