Looking for fun and cheap entertainment over the winter break? Bring friends and family to Steinberg’s skating rink in Forest Park.

Steinberg’s in one of the largest outdoor skating rinks in the Midwest and is always open for any types of weather, during the winter season of course. Christmas music is played while people skate and lights hang above and around the whole rink at night.

Steinberg’s is also a great place to hold Holiday parties and corporate events due to their great atmosphere. They offer everything needed for ice skating such as skate rental, skate sharpening and skating lessons. For the non-skaters or people who need a break from the activity, there is free Wi-Fi, a bonfire, flat screen TVs and their Snow Flake Café and Snack Bar which offers a variety of refreshments and snacks. There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for the skaters and visitors.

Monday through Thursday, Steinberg’s is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Sunday they are open from 10 a.m. to midnight. Admission is $6 and skate rental is $4. Parking is free and they have a huge parking lot for cars right outside of the rink.
