While learning vocabulary about keeping a healthy lifestyle, Senor Brian Reed’s 1st Hour did some aerobic exercises to get pumped up.
The Spanish 3 classes did a “spicy” Latin dance exercise called Zumba.
Sophomore Morgan Schaper participated in the routine.
“It was fun to actually practice what we are learning about,” Schaper said.
Reed told the students to dress comfortably the day before, but some students forgot.
“I wasn’t dressed out, but it was still a better alternate than having to learn grammar all day,” she said.
As well as dancing, the Spanish students learned about the different foods that belong in each group and about traditional Spanish food.
