Sarah’s Cake Shop offers tasty treats on the go

Previously a café, Sarah’s Bake Shop has relocated and redesigned. They now specialize in catering and baked goods, and offer a variety of treats.

Sarah’s creates custom cakes for both weddings and other occasions. They also have a variety of cupcakes featuring custom designs.

The cupcakes are delivered in style with Sarah’s Cake Stop, a mobile cupcake van. Like an ice cream truck, the Cake Stop van travels neighborhoods, business parks and events to deliver cupcakes to the public. Four flavors are made fresh every morning, along with two “baker’s choice” flavors. These will then make their way onto the van, where they will be distributed throughout the day.

To find out the location of the Cake Stop for a particular day, follow Sarah’s Bake Shop on Twitter and Facebook, or check the calendar on their website, sarahscafestl.com.

The cupcakes come in a variety of flavors, and therefore vary in price.

However, you can rent the Cake Stop for the day for a party or business event. The packages range in price from $160 to $325 to suit the event’s needs.

Custom cupcakes and vegan cupcakes are also available at an additional charge.

In the store, customers can purchase cupcakes as well as other baked goods. The cupcakes range in price from $2-3 per cupcake, depending on the frosting. Other treats are sold by the dozen.  The store is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondy and Tuesday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
