Lady Lancers start conference play at Lindbergh

After facing numerous tough opponents in their non-conference schedule, the Lady Lancers look to turn their season around against Lindbergh in their first conference game of the season.

Three straight losses to ranked teams Parkway North, Webster Groves, then Nerinx Hall left the team struggling. However they would battle back and win two games in their tournament at Visitation to improve their record to 5-6.

Senior Hannah Finley has really turned around her season and is now averaging 12 points and 7 rebounds a game for the upstart Lady Lancers. Sophomore Maddie Seifert is also doing her part, putting up eleven points a game and leading the team in blocks.

The Flyers are led by junior Lindsey Bozdeck, averaging eleven points a game and has helped the Flyers to a 5-4 record headed into tonights game.

The Lady Lancers (5-7) will need to be good defensively to stop Lindbergh’s leading scorer and take home a win in their conference opener. The game starts at 5:30 at Lindbergh.
