Seniors dominate Thursday’s lunch games

Seniors dominate Thursdays lunch games

The Senior Class dominated in the lunch games on Thursday, Sept.29.

Each class was represented by one boy and one girl. They took turns playing and spotting each other. One player had to wear a giant shark head and knock off as many shark pinatas (SpongeBob and sea creatures for third lunch) from the string in the time given, although the catchwas they could not use their hands.

Members of Student Council (STUCO) who were running the game pulled the string and move the sharks.

Announcer Dom Bisesi claimed he had, “Not seen anyone try so hard since the juniors at Powder Puff.”

In first lunch, the freshmen and sophomores finished without knocking down any sharks. The juniors got one, but seniors Torrey Nyhan and Sam Baker won the first round with two.

During second lunch, the freshmen and sophomores still knocked out zero.  Junior Matt Chobanian managed to strike out one with force, but the seniors Curtis Gill and Grace Kiely ended up winning the shift with two.

Lastly at third lunch, the freshmen and sophomores leave with a running total of zero. Junior Ryan Gettinger knocked down one by headbutting instead of kicking like everyone else. Seniors Dani LaMar and Taylor Baden took out two, leading the Senior Class to final victory.
