Rockwood School District providing flu shots for staff, students, community
Rockwood School District is offering flu vaccinations in schools throughout the district.
The flu shot is free for employees, and their immediate families, with Rockwood benefits.
An employee should bring his or her current insurance card and their Rockwood employee ID to receive a flu shot for free, courtesy of Rockwood.
For employees, and their immediate families, without Rockwood benefits, the flu shot is $26.
Rockwood students, family and others in the community can get a flu shot by bringing an insurance card and paying the Rockwood cash price of $26. Individuals must be six months old or older, and a parent or legal guardian must sign the provided consent form for anyone under 18 years old.
Flu vaccinations are available at Lafayette Sept. 27 from 3-6 p.m.
