Imagine your body rotting from the outside, in.

Your skin starts turning green and scaly at the site of a small injection. Nasty, festering sores and abscesses randomly appear all over your body and the only way to stop the spreading is through amputation. Skin falls off your body, revealing bare bone. Your jawbones and teeth literally dissolve away. The blood running through your veins is poisoned beyond repair.

This drug is a concocted opiate made from over-the-counter codeine, gasoline, iodine, hydrochloric acid, paint thinner and alcohol and is injected straight into the blood stream. The drug’s effects are similar to heroin but more desirable because it is three times cheaper.

Desmorphine, commonly known as Krokodil, originated in Siberia and Russia and first made its appearance in the United States in late September in Arizona. Now, the drug may have possibly spread into the Chicago area.

The consequences of the cheap concoction are, as shown above, extremely devastating and life-shortening.

Krokodil users have also experienced brain damage , like speech impediments and impaired motor skills, over only a short amount of time using the drug.

Do not start this drug. It’s withdrawal, according to norconon.com, is savage and much worse than heroin. Doctors believe desmorphine has the highest level of addiction and is the hardest to cure.
