Due to senior kicker Jake Ference being unavailable for the game, senior Malan Graham, who usually plays linebacker, took up kicking duty.
He made 7 out of his 8 extra point attempts during the Homecoming game, as Lafayette beat McCluer 55-0, Oct. 4. This is the Lancer’s third shutout victory of the season as they stay undefeated with a 6-0 record.
Graham played the game as both a kicker and linebacker, getting five tackles and only missing one extra point attempt. He hasn’t played kicker all season, but does have some kicking experience from playing rugby.
