Shuffle of the week

Senior and varsity basketball player Michael Messer shares what gets him motivated.

1. Over My Head (Cable Car) by the Fray- Definitely one of the best songs by one of my favorite bands.

2. Forever by Drake- This song has a great mix of different artists. It talks about working hard to get what you want.

3. Lose Yourself by Eminem- One of the best songs to listen to if you want to get pumped up before a game.

4. Viva La Vida by Coldplay-Coldplay is another one of my favorite bands and this was a hit song on one of their recent albums

5. Don’t Stop Believing by Journey- Classic song that just about everyone loves

6. Don’t Waste Your Life by Lecrae -Lecrae is the best. I love the messages he sends through his music and what he stands for.

7. One Shining Moment by Luther Vandross- This song is so motivational and its played at the conclusion of every college basketball season.

8. I’m Yours by Jason Mraz- I listened to this song about a hundred times when it first came out.

9. Forever by Chris Brown- This song always reminds me of the funny wedding episode on The Office.

10. Never Say Never by the Fray- I had to put one more on here and you still can’t go wrong with the Fray.
