The Rockwood Drug-Free Coalition is hosting two meetings in a response to the problem of heroin use by teens in the Rockwood School District.
The meetings will be held at Marquette High School on September 21st and at Rockwood Summit High School on Oct. 19th. Both meetings will be held from 7-8 p.m.
Professionals, parents, and students are all invited to the meetings. Speakers will also be attending the meetings. Speakers will be from St. Louis County Police Department, the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse- St. Louis Area and the St. Louis County Children’s Service Fund.
The meetings will provide helpful and useful information to confront the situation before it becomes worse.
