Picture retakes will take place on the morning of Oct. 10 from 8 a.m. to noon in Room 137.  The company taking the pictures is Wagner Portraits and there will be at least 116 students getting retakes because there was a technical issue with Wagner during original school pictures.

On Oct. 3,  Nancy Smith, yearbook adviser, will be sending out passes to those students with an appointment time to get new pictures.

Any student who chooses to get retakes because they are unhappy with their original photos and any new students that haven’t gotten their picture taken will need to go to Room 137A the week of Oct. 3 to make an appointment with Smith to get retakes.

Also, students who are choosing to get retakes will need to bring their original pictures with them on Oct. 10 to return to Wagner.

Junior Lauren Matthew was one of the students whose pictures did not develop because of the technical issue.

Matthew was very upset when she received her pictures, because in the envelope was a letter explaining that there were technical issues and her pictures couldn’t be developed.

“In the future I think they should make sure everything is working properly and there are no mess-ups or else there will be a lot of upset people,” Matthew said.
