Lafayette athletes sign to college of choice

On Feb. 1, Lafayette athletes along with family, friends and other students, gathered at the commons to celebrate the student athletes that signed to their college of choice on national signing day.

A total of 24 student athletes have signed over the course of the 2016-2017 school year. In the latter part of the year, 12 athletes signed to their college of choice. Among those are:

Ron Beasley – Football – Avila University

Cameryn Brill – Soccer – Minnesota State University Moorhead

Coby Brown – Football – Dodge City Community College

Matt Ference – Northern Illinois University

Samara Hall – Track and Field – Webster University

Logan Panchot – Soccer – Stanford University

Henry Preckel – Football – Missouri S&T University

Hailey Schue – Soccer – Arkansas State University

Wade Stauss – Baseball – Cumberland University

Austin Stofer – Football – Truman State University
