Over the weekend, the Lafayette lancers traveled to Tennessee for a lacrosse tournament, subsequently ending their 8-0 record.
Saturday morning, Lafayette played against Hutchison high school and lost 2-19.
That game was followed by another loss from St. George High School, with a final score of 13-17.
Once the girls returned to Missouri, however, they were able to regain their confidence and won their home game against Ladue 15-1, Monday, April 22.
The following game on Wednesday also ended with a victory, with Lafayette beating Nerinx Hall, 14-4.
Despite the losses in Tennessee, girls lacrosse has been able to create a strong record of 10-2 for the 2013 season.
