Social Studies teacher Steve Klawiter will have his AP World History class take the digital exam this May. He said he looks forward to seeing how his students will perform on the exam. “Its been very clear theyre moving towards digital. Since the pandemic started, theyve been putting the pieces in place to go digital, Klawiter said. “I think that ultimately it’s going to be more beneficial because with systems like Canvas and Google Classroom, students are used to more digital activities and less handwriting activities.”

Altos Cantina is a recent addition to the area’s Mexican restaurant options. Since it opened in August, it has gained multiple high reviews on sites including Yelp and TripAdvisor.

Altos Cantina Mexican Kitchen, located in Eureka, has quickly gained popularity since its opening in August. Complementing the ambiance, Mexican music sets the tone throughout the day, ranging from Banda to Mariachi, with Ranchera or regional music being the most frequently played genre.

Catering to both non-vegetarians and vegetarians, the menu offers a diverse selection of dishes. Choices include various preparations of chicken, steak, seafood and specialties. Additionally, there are options for kids aged 12 and under priced at $7.25. The restaurant also features breakfast, house and lunch specials.

Some of the prices of more popular menu items are:
