Senior Vince Deutschmann started working at typical part-time jobs like many teens. Now he is his own boss, running his own car detailing business.

Vince Deutschmann, senior, learned that owning and operating his own company was the perfect option for him. After doing some research, he started his own mobile car detailing business that has grown so much that he has had to hire some employees to help him. He plans to take his business plan with him when he heads to Florida next fall for college.
