While Lafayette has held Art Shows and Guitar Festivals independent of each other, this year marked the first Festival combining all the different fine arts departments into one event. It ran from April 22-23 and was extremely successful. Art Department Chair Lauren Sakowski, along with everyone else who worked on the festival, is pushing for its return as an annual event.

Two artists featured in the Festival: seniors Abbey Grey and Davis Dunn, share what the display of their and their classmates’ artwork meant to them.
