LHS plans to resume school Dec. 18 for students to take their 1st and 2nd Hour finals.
December 17, 2019
On Monday, Dec. 16, Mark Miles, Rockwood (RSD) Superintendent, canceled school for the second consecutive day for Tuesday, Dec. 17 due to hazardous road conditions. However, the Dec. 17 cancellation of school poses a problem to the previously set final exam schedule where students’ 5th Hour exam was set for Dec. 17 at 8:28 a.m.
In an email sent out to the Lafayette community from Lafayette Principal Karen Calcaterra, the 5th Hour final has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, from 8:28 a.m. to 10:28 a.m which is to be followed by a revised schedule for the rest of the day.
As of now, RSD plans to resume school on Wednesday, Dec. 17 and continue with the previously set schedule for 1st and 2nd Hour finals.
