Two large class fundraising events are coming up this month. The Winter Carnival and Trivia Night will both be held in the Commons on Jan. 28 and both volunteers and participants are needed.

These annual activities contribute to all the senior year activities, and they can’t happen without class volunteers.

The Freshmen Class Winter Carnival will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m..  This event is open to area elementary school kids and requires many volunteers to run game booths, food booths and concessions. Anyone who can help out can sign up in the Freshman Office.

The Sophomore Class is holding Trivia Night at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tables cost $200 or individual tickets are $25 for eight-person tables. The evening consists of door prizes, a silent auction, raffles, games and 10 rounds of trivia.

Again, volunteers are need as runners and scorekeepers and students can sign up in the Sophomore Office. More information and a table reservation form is available here: http://www.rsdmo.org/lafayette/announcements/Pages/01192017LHS-Trivia-Night-Information.aspx
