The Lancer Hockey team has gone 2-3 through their past five games, being outscored 35-8. With that being said, the team looks for redemption against a Parkway South team which tied 7-7 in a high scoring contest earlier in the season. This win would be big for the team which has struggled adding numbers in the win column this season.

Senior captain Jared Preete said, “If we play well we will win the game, but if we play bad we will lose. Simple as that.” It does not get more simple than that. This quote really displays the hockey teams must win attitude at this point in the season.

A win against Parkway South could surely be a morale booster for the team going forward through the season, and would be a nice bolster to their lagging win column. Catch the squad in action at Hardee’s Ice Plex Dec. 16, at 7:20 p.m.
