Registration for 2016-2017 underway
January 14, 2016
The classes you chose usually affect your high school experience. To help make that experience better, the Focus Leadership St. Louis’ students are giving those interested some insight on what to expect, work-load, stress levels, etc. in Advanced Placement (AP) or Flex classes.
Junior Arya Royal said, “We want to give them a student perspective on the classes.”
Students will have the opportunity to meet with the members of the group in the Library on Feb. 19-21.
“We’re trying to help reduce the stress that students get from academics,” Royal said.
Counselors will be meeting with every student in February to discuss course selections for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year. They will be visiting every language arts class to meet with the students and answer any questions. Course Description Guides, along with other information, will be sent out to the Junior’s Language Arts teachers. Freshman and Sophomores will receive their materials in their social studies classes. The online registration portal will open on Friday, Jan. 15, and will close on Jan. 25.
