At the 2023 Prom, Class of 2023 graduates Joe Marlo and Will Barry stay at the edge of the main floor to do their dancing. Because the small dance floor was the most crowded area, many students gathered around the edges with friends or in small groups.

Starting off shaky in the win or go home game, the Lancers were down 11 at the half. However, they were surged back in the second half thanks to Kamron Emamjomeh’s five 3 pointers to give the Lancers a great push in the second half.

In the 4th quarter, junior Jeremy Verges for Parkway South was called for a technical foul when he slammed the ball on the floor in frustration.  Junior Nate Messer knocked down the two crucial foul shots following the call.

A final block from behind by Messer with less than five seconds to go in the game, sealed it for the Lancers.

Tonight, they square off against Rockwood Summit (18-7). The game will be played at Marquette, and will tip off at 7:15 p.m. The Lancers need to keep senior Jory Woodson in check tonight, as he’s averaging 18 ppg this season.
