After defeating Lindbergh last Friday, the Lady Lancers are hopeful for another victory tonight. Facing off in their home gym Lafayette (6-7) will be playing Mehlville (5-7) at 5:30 p.m.
Mehlville’s front running player senior Sierra Gray leads her team averaging 15.3 points per game. Lafayette will have to hold a tight defense in hopes of stopping the Panthers key weapon.
Sophomore Maddie Seifert is a key player to the Lady Lancers success. Not only excelling in offense but also defense averaging 6.7 rebounds per game. Senior Hannah Finley is the leading scorer and hopes to bring her team a second straight win tonight.
After tonight’s game the Lady Lancers will travel to Northwest Tues. Jan 15 at 5:30 p.m.
