However, a few requirments must be met in order to register:

  •  you must be a United States citizen
  •  you must be 18 years of age on or before November 6
  • you must complete a Missouri voter registration application by October 10
  • at the time of application you must know the last four digits to your socical security number
  • you must bring proof of identification at the time of registration. This may include a social security card, drivers licenese or a current student ID

According to Colonel Mike Berenc, 18 students are helping with the drive and the project officers are Ellie Bednarek and Cecilia Brown.

Berenc also said, “Voting is the most important citizenship right where each American citizen can have a legitimate voice in the leadership of our country through policies that our public servants effect at home and abroad.  In my opinion, a failure to vote is unacceptable and diminishes the vibrancy of our republic.”

This is the fourth presidentail election that AFJROTC had held a registration drive for.
