With over 300 votes, senior Tim Kuklo won the People’s Choice Award at the Eco Art Fest.
The exhibition was held at St. Louis Community College at Wildwood, and featured pieces of artwork from around the St. Louis area that focused on reusing materials in the pieces.
Kuklo said, “At the time that I created my piece for the show I was really preoccupied with process, and how the medium and ritual behind creating a work defines its perception.”
He continued, “I’m really honored that my project stuck with people during the show. I think any artist will say that they’re really attached to their work, and thus are really proud when their work is received well.”
Other pieces were also submitted from several Lafayette Students, including Alex Vanderheyden and Kelsey Heitcamp and Alex McDaris.

[Families] actually having the opportunity to have their kids on the field with us is the most important aspect,” Ben Lundt said.](https://lancerfeed.press/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/IMG_6823-1200x800.jpg)
