Renaissance coordinator Matt Landwehr is the man behind the madness. His efforts in increasing fundraising for Renaissance are what brought about this opportunity.
“This is a unique fundraiser opportunity that Chipotle, one of our great Renaissance sponsors, has offered us,” Landwehr said.
“This is a really really cool deal because not a lot of restaurants do that, and Chipotle has really stepped up the plate and said that 50 percent of all proceeds go back to Lafayette, so we are hoping to raise a lot of money tonight,” he added.
