Another successful year has put the varsity girls volleyball team into another Final Four match up.

The team will go to Cape Girardeau, MO to battle against three different teams in a round-robin type of play. Round-robin is when each team plays the three other competitors once and the top two teams advance to the State final.

Francis Howell, St. Teresa’s and Ozark are the opposing teams that Lafayette will play. The Lady Lancers have beaten Ozark during the regular season, but lost to Francis Howell and haven’t played St. Teresa’s this season.

The team’s will face-off on Oct. 28 and play throughout the day. The teams with the best records will compete the next day at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 29. With their five consecutive State championship record on the line, the team will have some tough match ups over the weekend to make it six in-a-row.
