Boys basketball has rough start to the season

Boys basketball (1-4) hasn’t had a great start to the season, but have reason to look up. They’ve lost their first three games by a combined 17 points and their most recent game by two, meaning they have been competitive in their games. Also, they have yet to face any conference competition.

Unfortunately, many of their conference and rivalry games come later in the season in February.

After having 21 and 24 points in the first two games respectively, Adam Flinn struggled in the last two games, having only 16 points through both games off of a combined 5 of 21 shooting and 0 of 7 from three.

In their home opener, they dropped the contest 63-48 in a game where efficiency was the biggest downfall of the team.
