OPINION: What do you want from incoming Superintendent Mark Miles?

On March 25, a community reception was held to welcome incoming superintendent Dr. Mark Miles. The Lancer Feed spoke to different members of the community to hear what they would like to see from Miles in the upcoming school year when he assumes his position.
Jennifer Reynolds, an incoming parent to the district: “I’d like for [Miles] to focus on creating a good community within Rockwood. I’m coming to the district next year, too, from a private school, St. Alban Roe. From what I’ve heard, Rockwood’s academic standards are very high, and I’d like to see Dr. Miles continue with that.”
