Art contest held to redesign Lancers Landing door
April 6, 2019
To redo the door of Lancers Landing, an art contest is being held. The contest is open to all students.
Submissions entering the contest must include Lancers Landing, the height must double the width (2:1), convey positive school spirit and have the entry form attached to the back. Entry forms are available at the school store and art teachers will have them available.
“I really think that it will beautify the school and I think other kids will think it’s cool that another kid designed it, and just give a better vibe to the store,” art teacher Emily Benner, said.
The entries which, were initially due before Spring Break, are still being accepted through the first week of April.
There will be prizes for first, second, and third place, and the winner’s artwork will be professionally by printed as a door wrap.
“They have a very high-quality scanner and any colors will translate accurately,” Benner said.
For more information on the contest visit Benner in room 210, the school store or any other art teacher.

[Families] actually having the opportunity to have their kids on the field with us is the most important aspect,” Ben Lundt said.](https://lancerfeed.press/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/IMG_6823-1200x800.jpg)
