November 4, 2016
Zumba is a form of exercise, in dance format, founded by Colombian fitness instructor Alberto Perez. Since its creation, Zumba has become famous around the world. Now, it’s coming to Lafayette!
Lafayette’s Winter Guard is hosting a Zumbathon to raise money. The event occurred previously in January of 2016, but this November, the Winter Guard is adding to the fun. Aside from the fun and dancing, the Zumbathon will be Black-light themed, and there will be a DJ playing the latest hits with professional Zumba instructors leading the fun!
Tickets are sold at lunch, from November 3rd -4th. Tickets are priced at 10 dollars and t-shirts are available for an extra $20. Join Lafayette’s Winter Guard on Saturday, November 5th, starting from 6-8 p.m.
