Lafayette’s cheer team will be hosting the Cheer for Charity on Friday Dec. 16 to benefit Toys for Tots.
Cheerleading Coach Crystal Maier said all three levels of cheerleaders will be performing at the event along with other groups and squads from the community.
“All squads will be helping collect toys, donations and making sure the event runs smoothly,” she said.
Maier is excited for the chairty event and is sure “everyone will be extremly generous as Toys for Tots is such a great organization.”
She continued, “I expect to see friends and family of all the groups performing and I look foward to seeing what all the groups have put together for this event.”
Cheer for Chairty will tke place at 6 p.m. in the Gym.
