Out and About: Chesterfield Amphitheater
January 31, 2016
Chesterfield Amphitheater is a hot spot to hang out with family and friends.
“It’s just peaceful there,” Michael Caubre, freshman, said, who visits the amphitheater.
With it’s beautiful scenery and plenty of open space, the theater attracts a lot of attention.
Attendees are able to enjoy walks on newly designed trails, fresh air, and a variety of performances. On top of these events, the theater is open for many other activities. There have been numerous weddings in the park, photo shoots on the trails and on the stage, graduations and even major business events.
Caubre says him and his family go just to get some fresh air and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors.
“We usually just go on a random weekend when we just kinda feel like going. So it’s kinda like hey get in the car, let’s go,” Caubre said.
The amphitheater is the place for any spontaneous trips. You don’t have to schedule a time to go walk around or just enjoy the park and relax. All you have to do is show up and do whatever it is that you please.
“It’s just kinda having fun with the fam,” Caubre said.
