Out and About: Jilly’s offers delectable dining experience
Calling all St. Louis-an’s with a sweet tooth: Jilly’s Cupcake Bar & Café is the perfect place for cupcake connoisseurs to indulge.
Though the treatery is located in the Delmar Loop, the award-winning cupcakes are worth the drive.
The cupcakes range in price from about $4-$6. There are “everyday delights” (Jilly’s signature flavors that are sold daily), as well as monthly and holiday flavors.
Flavors include everything from dark chocolate ganaches, vanilla buttercreams, red velvet and more.
Endless assortments of toppings and fillings are offered for each cupcake.
Not only does Jilly’s serve cupcakes, but visitors can also enjoy ice cream.
For those wanting more than just a dessert, the café offers a full lunch and brunch menu, with soups, salads and sandwiches.
Jilly’s was selected by USA Today as one of “10 great places to bite into a gourmet cupcake,” and is also the winner of St. Louis Magazine’s Breakfast of Champions Award.
