Winners from the annual Minumental Art contest have been announed and the pieces are on displayin the library.
“There were about 30 contestants,” fine arts teacher Lauren Sakowski said.
There were both two dimensional and three dimensional pieces of art in the show, and all were to be Little Shop of Horrors‘ themed.
Two display cases are now filled with the tiny sculptures. The winning sculptures have been posted with their prizes.
“Jacob Monash won best in show, Alea Hughes received honorable mention for 2-D and Courtney Baker received honorable mention for 3-D,” Sakowski said.
