eSports compete at Nationals Tournament

Lafayette’s eSport team became eligible to compete in the PlayVS National High School eSports tournament after placing first at Regionals. In the National tournament, the team competed in a game called Rocket League for a prize pool of $50,000, where first place won $35,000 and second place won $15,000, but were knocked out. In the end, the E-Lancers placed in the top 16 nationally.
