The 2017 Rockwood Outstanding Service in Education (ROSE) award nominees have been released. The list of nominees include Lafayette staff members: Nola Cochran, Kathy Gettinger, Joe Gutowski, Paige Hereford Hartley, Kelly Kirtley, Kristin Lammert, Maria Marasigan, Stephanie Nesler, Jean Peters, Cindy Rajkovich, Dr. John Shaughnessy, Kathy Soucy, and Nathan Willard.

Early on in March, ROSE co-chairs will take a visit to 15 award recipients to surprise them with one of the district’s greatest recognitions.

The ROSE award Ceremony will be held on May 7, along with Cornerstone, Teacher of the Year, Retirees and Service Award honorees to highlight their outstanding service in the Rockwood School District.
