Teachers incorporate One-to-One technology into freshman curriculm
This fall, each freshman received their own Chromebook as a part of Rockwood’s One-to-One Program.
On April 4, 2017, Rockwood voters passed Proposition T, a $95.5 million bond issue. The One-to-One Program received $21 million from April’s bond issue.
Teachers have been incorporating the new technology into the freshman curriculum this past semester.
Although many teachers see the technology as an advantage in the classroom, there’s certainly work to be done before the technology can be rolled out to every student at Lafayette in the upcoming years.
