Registration forms for Rockwood Summer Academy will be accepted starting the morning of March 7, 2011.
Acceptance into the program will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, it is important for any student who it will be in high school at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year to turn in the registration forms as early as possible.
The Rockwood Summer Academy will be held at Lafayette High School and Rockwood Summit High School.
There will be two sessions this year, both held for four weeks, starting June 6 and ending July 1, 2011. The first session will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 11:15 a.m., while the second session will last from 11:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
To ensure students get their first choice of site and session time, registration forms must be turned in at the earliest possible time.
Both Rockwood Summer Academy sites will provide breakfast and lunch foods daily. Also, bus transportation will be provided to and from both sites.
