Motivation to Teach: I am someone who loves to broaden my experience both professionally and personally. I developed a curiosity about working with high school students and decided to pursue it.

Motivation to Teach: When getting my degree in social work, I knew that I wanted to work with teenagers and build relationships with them outside of the classroom. I admire how adults play a significant role in students’ lives and want to be a part of that myself.

Motivation to Teach: School is tough in so many ways and for different reasons. I love to help kids figure out how they can function in school in order to feel safe and find success.

Motivation to Teach: This is a second career for me. After working in Advertising and Journalism for 10 years I wanted to bring that experience into the classroom. Teaching is an extremely fulfilling career and I feel lucky to work with students and, hopefully, help them achieve their goals.

Motivation to Teach: To impact the lives of students and people from all walks of life. I do a really good job of relating to students no matter where they are in their lives. I also have a passion for physical activity and athletics. Spreading love and grace is among the top reasons why I’m an educator as well.

Motivation to Teach: I always loved gifted education and the creativity that we are able to put into the curriculum. At the high school level, I get to form such a unique relationship with each student because I don’t actually teach their classes and don’t have to give them a grade.
