Renaissance to sponsor showing of “Mean Girls” on Saturday, August 24
In order to raise funds for Lafayette’s Renaissance program, a showing of Mean Girls has been organized in the back gym scheduled for this Saturday, August 24 at 8:30 p.m.
Tickets for the movie night are $3, which includes admission, popcorn, and soda.
The tickets will go on sale at all lunch shifts this Thursday and Friday, August 22-23.
According to Renaissance Steering committee members Olivia Newman and Chase Shelton, all money raised from the sales will go towards Lafayette’s Renaissance program, specifically for items provided to students for redemption with Rena-Bucks they receive throughout the year.
Your donation will allow our student journalists to continue their work. You may become a PATRON by making a donation at one of these levels: White/$30, Black/$50, Gold/$100. Patron names will be published in the print newsmagazine, on the website and once per quarter on our social media accounts.
