STUCO introduces Winter Homecoming
On Feb. 3, Winter Homecoming, sponsored by Student Council (STUCO), will take place. Although some type of winter dance is an annual event, STUCO decided to change things up this year.
Unlike years past, the week leading up to the dance will be a Spirit Week, similar to Homecoming in the fall. The events include:
Monday- PJ Day
Tuesday- Twin Day
Wednesday- Country Day
Thursday- S”winter
Friday- Formal Friday
In addition, there will be lunch time games during the week and a Winter Pep Assembly on Friday to kick off the varsity girls and boys home games versus Marquette at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively.
All of these festivities are a way to get the school more involved and get students excited for the dance, like during Homecoming during first semester
Tickets cost for singles tickets are $10 and $20 for couples tickets. Tickets are available for purchase during all three lunch periods Jan. 30-Feb. 2.
Your donation will allow our student journalists to continue their work. You may become a PATRON by making a donation at one of these levels: White/$30, Black/$50, Gold/$100. Patron names will be published in the print newsmagazine, on the website and once per quarter on our social media accounts.
