Friday April 20, Lafayette will be hosting a Guitar Festival to showcase students’ musical talents.
The festival is a chance for all of the guitar groups at Lafayette to perform, according to Traci Bolton, a music teacher.
“There are three groups here at Lafayette. We have an ensemble and then we have the two rock bands. So the festival is giving all the guitar players a chance to play in front of people,” Bolton said.
Alongside the rock bands, Activities Director Steve Barry and senior Michael D’Errico are going to be performing at the festival.
The Guitar Festival will take place at 7 p.m. in the Lafayette Theatre and the admission will be free.
