Nominees for the 2009-2010 Lafayette Teacher of the Year include Brad Balog, instrumental music; Becky Lawrence, FACS; Chris Lofgren, science; Danna Phillips, mathematics; and Lori Sanders, FACS. Staff members will select a winner after hearing nomination speeches at the Feb. 12 staff meeting. The winner goes on to compete against other Rockwood finalists for the Rockwood Teacher of the Year award.
