Graduation forms for the Class of 2010 were recently handed out, and the turn in deadline is April 1.
By April 1, seniors must provide basic information such as their name and how to pronounce it correctly, their future plans and possible major.
The forms also include nominations for the leadership, service and sportsmanship awards, as well as an award that goes to a staff member who students think has made a difference in their education. The awards will be presented to the recipients during Senior Awards Night on April 21.
In addition, a transcript release form is included in the packet and should be completed by any senior who plans to go to college to ensure their transcript is released to interested colleges.
A form which for purchasing an engraved brick for the new court yard was also included in the packet, but the purchase is not exclusively for seniors.
When seniors turn in the form, they will be given the questionnaire for the Senior Edition of the Image. Those forms are due on April 1 and can also be downloaded here:
