Renovated science wing packed with potential
Last April, Rockwood passed Proposition T, a 95.5 billion dollar bond issue, with a 67.8% vote. The bond issue allowed Lafayette to renovate the new science wing, which was ready for students with the start of the 2017-2018 school year. The renovation includes new science rooms, lab equipment, and classroom furniture. Although more is still to be done before the renovation is complete, the new science wing is packed with potential and student growth.
